How can I return a product?

You have the right to return without stating a reason up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Package the unused product together with the proof of purchase and a completed return and claim form (download the form here). Send the package to the address 17A Teatralna Street, 40-003 Katowice. The refund will be made up to 14 days from the date of recognition of the return.

When and in what form will I receive a refund?

Within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return, the funds will be transferred to the bank account provided by you in the return and claim form.

How much time do I have to return the product?

The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

The shipping cost of the returned product is paid by the customer.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in material or manufacturing of the products, resulting from the fault of the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover mechanical defects and those caused by improper use of the product or normal wear and tear of the product.


How long do I have to wait for recognition of a claim?

We will consider the claim within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the claimed product.


Will I receive a refund or a new product?

We consider each situation individually. You will be informed about the steps taken by email or phone.


How to make a claim?

If the product you have received has physical defects or does not comply with the contract, you have the right to claim it. Pack the claimed product together with a completed return and claim form (download the form here) and proof of purchase. Send the package to the address Teatralna 17A Street, 40-003 Katowice. We process claims within 14 business days.

Do I have to cover the shipping cost of the claimed product?

The cost of shipping the claimed product is paid by the customer. However, if the claim is accepted, we will also include the cost of shipping the claimed product up to the amount of the cheapest shipping option offered. Alternatively, instead of a refund, we will send a new product without charging an additional delivery fee

SECOND STEP
Tightly pack the returned goods together with the proof of purchase and the return and claim form.

STEP THREE
Send the parcel to the address: Maskup Sp. z o. o.17A Teatralna St.,40-003 Katowice

STEP FOUR
When we receive your parcel, we will notify you by email. You will receive a refund to the bank account indicated in the form within 14 days from the date of recognition of the return.

A returned product will not be accepted if it arrives more than 14 days after the customer receives the parcel. A damaged or used product will not be accepted for return.

STEP FOUR
When we receive the shipment with the claimed product, we will notify you by email. Within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the complaint you will receive a refund to the bank account indicated in the form.

We also cover the cost of shipping the claimed product back to us up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option offered. We will transfer the funds to you according to the bank account details declared in the returns and claims form. If the claim is not accepted, the claimed product can be picked up at the customer's expense.
