How much does domestic shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is between 16 PLN and 22 PLN.

If you choose DPD courier - the price is 22 PLN. InPost Paczkomaty - 16 PLN. Free shipping (Paczkomaty - Parcel Pickup Point) - if you buy a subscription with delivery to Paczkomaty.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time of an order in Poland is 5 working days. On the other hand, the delivery time for foreign shipments is an average of 8 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping within the European Union and the United Kingdom. You can find a detailed price list for international shipments below.

Will the courier contact me before delivery?

Most couriers contact the customer about the parcel delivery. The contact however depends on the policy of the courier company you choose.

What if the package turns out to be damaged during shipping?

We recommend that you check (in the courier's presence) the condition of the delivered package, in particular the condition of the product inside. If you find damage to the product due to transport, you should write a damage report with the courier. The document should be drawn up in two identical copies. The protocol is necessary to carry out the Courier Service Complaint. Remember to contact us immediately by email at info@maskup.com.pl and attach the damage report and a photo of the damaged parcel to the email.

Have you accepted the package and do not have the damage protocol? Don't worry! From the day of delivery of a damaged or incomplete parcel, you still have 3 days to contact the courier company to get the damage report. Therefore, as soon as possible contact us by e-mail or call the hotline at (+48) 789 266 629.

Do you ship parcels on weekends?

We send shipments from Monday to Friday.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

Inpost paczkomaty (pick up point)

After selecting this method of delivery, select on the map the Parcel Pickup Point to which the order is to be delivered. We send parcels to Parcel Pickup Points every working day. Ordered goods can be picked up 24 hours a day within 7 days after the courier delivers the package to the selected Parcel Pickup Point.

Courier DPD

When choosing delivery by DPD courier, you need to enter the delivery address. This service provides a one-day delivery time provided that the package is sent by 12:00 pm and allows the second attempt to deliver the order. In addition, through DPD we provide international shipments within the European Union. For more information about international shipping, please see the Foreign Shipping Price List below.

DELIVERY TIME

Domestic shipment: 1 - 3 working days

The shipment takes from 1 to 2 working days after the order is placed. Once the parcel is shipped, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days on average regardless of the selected method of delivery.

International shipment: up to 8 working days

If the order was placed on the last business day, the time for sending the package is calculated from the next business day.

DAMAGE OR DEFECT OF THE SHIPMENT

In case of receipt of a damaged or incomplete parcel, the Customer has the right to file a Courier Service Complaint. For this purpose, he should photograph the damaged or incomplete package and write a damage protocol in the presence of the courier. The photos and the protocol should be immediately sent to the Seller's address: info@maskup.com.pl.

If the Customer has not received the damage protocol and has accepted a damaged or incomplete parcel, please contact the Seller within 3 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend checking the condition of the package in the presence of the courier. The parcel should not be damaged or previously opened. If you find damage to the package, you should accept the shipment and in the presence of the courier check the content of the package.

Information on the damage protocol: it is drawn up according to the model of the selected carrier, in the presence of the courier, signed by the Customer and the courier, drawn up in two copies.
